Windows on Washington A Year In Review

The end of the year is a great time to reflect on that has transpired. Many changes have occurred at Windows on Washington over the course of 2012, all due to our wonderful customers and our great team of employees. 

Customers
Our commitment to our customers is our number one goal.  We strive to find solutions to your home improvement problems, even if that means that we don't make a sale.  If the solution is a simple caulking fix around your windows, that's what we recommend. than that is what we offer.  Honesty and relationship building is at the core of our business philosophy.  Our goal is always to offer as much information as possible to our customers so they are able to make an informed decisions about their home improvement projects.  In 2012, we expanded our commitment to this by offering the WoW Blog.  Below, you will see links to our most popular blogs of 2012 and we will are committed to offering new and insightful information in 2013.

Products and Services
In 2012, we have been able to expand our products and service lines to our customers.  We spent tireless hours researching, interviewing, and testing manufacturers and their products to find the best-in-class replacement windows, doors, siding, roofing, insulation and air sealing materials our customers deserve.  Our primary concern is always energy efficiency with every new product or installation material that we use.  We added Affinity and Pella replacement windows to our product lines as well as Soudal Premium Sealants used for installations.  We promise to continue theses efforts throughout next year so that we are always on the leading edge of our industry.

In-Home Consultants and Installation Teams
We not only researched and offered the best home improvement products in the industry, but we continued to train our in-home consultant team and installation crews so that they are always on the leading edge of their craft.  We believe in investing in our Team so our customers have confidence that only industry experts are working on their home improvement projects. Our installers are Okna Master Installers, EPA RRP Lead Certified, OSI Tech Window Certified, VSI (Vinyl Siding Institute) Certified, and Certainteed Shingle Masters to name a few. We will be doubling our efforts in this area next year to offer an even broader product line to our customers.

Customer Service
We were again proud to receive the Angie's List Super Service Award for 2012!  (We have also recieved this award in 2010 and 2011.)  This achievement was only possible through our Team's incredible customer service.  We strive to treat each customers' home as our own - not just in theory, in practice.  This mission drives our work, everyday.  We are committed to maintaining these standards to acheive this honor again in 2013.

We would like to once again thank each dedicated Team member for thier continued commitment to Windows on Washington.  Our customers can rest assured that we will remain committed to them now and for all of their future home improvement needs.
