Our Client Care Team works hand in hand with your dedicated project manager to ensure you always know the status of your project. With proactive updates and scheduled communications, you’ll never be left wondering about next steps or the timeline for completion.
Step 1: Phone Call
Congratulations on taking the first step towards making your home improvement plans a reality! Within 1 business day of reaching out through our website, social media or review site, our Client Service Team will call you to schedule your complimentary, no-pressure in-home or virtual consultation and site evaluation.
Step 2: In-Home or Virtual Consultation
Next, you’ll meet with a certified WoW consultant at your home or virtually through a video call to review the project in detail and discuss how the WoW home improvement process is designed to be stress-free from start to finish.
Step 3: Proposal
You’ll receive a written estimate within 3 business days of the consultation, depending on the complexity of the project and any specialty pricing requirements. We’ll also provide any necessary financing paperwork, our Installation Guidelines and Acknowledgements, and for homes built before 1977, the EPA’s Lead-Safe Certified Guide to Renovate Right.
Step 4: Contract
When you’re ready to proceed, review the proposal and terms and conditions, and sign the documents to officially begin your project.
Step 5: Measurements
To ensure we have everything needed for a perfect installation, your assigned installer will contact you to schedule an appointment to take exact measurements for your custom products.
Step 6: Product Order
Once your installer confirms all measurements and product specifications, we will place your custom order and update you with the projected shipping date.
Step 7: Installation
Once your products have arrived, our Client Service Team will contact you to schedule the installation. Your expert installer will arrive on time and prepared to complete your project to the highest standard of quality.
Step 8: Wrap Up
When your installation is complete, and our crew has carefully cleaned the work area to leave it spotless, our Client Service Team will follow up to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll then collect final payment, close your account, and send your paid invoice and warranty documents. You’ll also be able to share your experience through a third-party survey.
