Within 1 business day of reaching out through our website, social media or review site, our Client Service Team will call you to schedule your complimentary in-home or virtual consultation and site evaluation.

Next, you’ll meet with a certified WoW consultant at your home or virtually through a video call to review the project in detail and discuss how the WoW home improvement process is designed to be stress-free from start to finish.

You’ll receive a written estimate within 3 business days of the consultation, depending on the complexity of the project and any specialty pricing requirements. We’ll also provide any necessary financing paperwork, our Installation Guidelines and Acknowledgements, and for homes built before 1977, the EPA's Lead-Safe Certified Guide to Renovate Right.

To kick off your project, you’ll next need to accept the project proposal and terms and conditions by signing and dating the required paperwork.

To make sure that we have all of the information we need to do the best possible job, the installer assigned to your project will contact you to schedule an appointment to take exact measurements for your custom products.

Once your installer confirms the measurements and product specifications, your custom products are ordered and we will update you with their projected shipping date.

Once your products have arrived, our Client Service Team will contact you to schedule the installation. Your installer will arrive on time, prepared to complete your project to the highest standard of quality.

Once the work is complete, the Client Service Team will contact you to make sure you’re satisfied and determine if anything requires further attention. We will then collect final payment to close your account and send you a copy of your paid invoice and all relevant warranties. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback through a third-party survey.
