The Wow Process
01 | PHONE CALL
Congratulations on taking the first step towards making your home improvement plans a reality! Within 1 business day of submitting your inquiry on our website, social media or review site, our Customer Service Team will call you to schedule your complimentary in-home consultation and site evaluation.
02 | IN-HOME CONSULTATION
A certified WoW consultant will visit with you at your home to review the project in detail and discuss how the WoW home improvement process is designed to be stress-free from start to finish.
03 | PROPOSAL
You will receive a written estimate within 3 business days of the consultation, with timing dependent upon the complexity of the project and any specialty pricing requirements. You will also be provided with any required financing paperwork, our installation Guidelines and Acknowledgments, and the EPA's The Lead-Safe Certified Guide to Renovate Right for homes built before 1977.
04 | CONTRACT
To accept the project proposal and terms and conditions, you will sign and date the required paperwork.
05 | MEASUREMENTS
The Installer assigned to your project will contact you to schedule an appointment to take exact measurements for your custom products.
06 | PRODUCT ORDER
Once the installer confirms the product specifications, your custom products are ordered and we will inform you of their projected ship date.
07 | INSTALLATION
When your products are in stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you to schedule installation.
08 | WRAP UP
The Customer Service Team will contact you to ensure your satisfaction with our work and determine if anything requires further attention. Accounting will collect final payment to close your account and send you a copy of your paid invoice and all relevant warranties. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback via a third-party survey.
