Meet the Windows on Washington Team

Tara Novotny joined WoW in 2010 and oversees the daily project management activities in the office.

Eric founded Windows on Washington in 2005 after being frustrated with his own home improvement project that was full of high pressure sales tactics, lacked pricing transparency and left him unhappy with the results. He came out of this experience knowing there had to be a better way. He created WoW to provide homeowners with a fair and stress-free way to improve their home.

Dave joined Windows on Washingotn in 2016 and is proud to lead the best team of project advisors and consultants in the DC area.

Gretchen Garlington joined WoW 2013. She works tiresley to manage the production department to ensure our clients' projects stay on schedule and budget.

Tom has been working with WoW for 5 years. He is our master carpentor and project manager. Outside of work Tom loves white water rafting and fishing.

Amanda has been with WoW since 2022. She brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience and is excited to lead the WoW brand.

Raquel has been working at WoW for roughly 2 years and serves as a customer service associate.

Yanique joined Windows on Washington in 2019 and serves as a customer service associate. Outside of work Yanique enjoys spending time with her family.

John is a seasoned service manager with a passion for customer service. In his free time John enjoys going to concerts with his family.

Bill has been a member of the WoW team for 10 years and serves as our warehouse manager. In his free time Bill enjoys exploring new restaurants and watching tv.

Marianne has been a part of WoW since 2018 and provides tech support.

Jake works as the inside sales and marketing coordinator. Outside of work Jake enjoys playing ice hockey.

Greg joined WoW in 2014 and has been the top senior sales consultant for the last 9 years in a row. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to the beach, and traveling.

Branden has been a part of the WoW team for over 15 years as a senior consultant. Outside of work brandon enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Jay has been a member of the WoW team for 5 years as a senior consultant. In his free time Jay enjoys reading historical novels.

Shayne is a detail oriented senior consultant who specializes in AS&I. In his free time, Shayne enjoys singing and playing musical instruments.

Tanya has been working at Windows on Washington for over a decade overseeing project finances to ensure a smooth experience for every homeowner.

Along with his brother Joon, Young started working at Windows on Washington in 2005 when we first opened our doors. Since joinging Windows on Washington, Young has been an instrumental part of our company ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards.
