This note is to express our pleasure and appreciation for the work that your company recently did for us.

We recently needed to replace 8 windows in our house.  Many years ago, I dealt with one of the well-known Windows vendors in the Washington area --- they had a good product, but the sales approach was so aggravating, I swore I’d never give them any repeat business.  When I looked into another highly advertised windows vendor in the area, all the reviews gave me déjà vu --- that company seemed to also have a solid, consistent reputation for high pressure sales tactics.  In my web searches, I came across reviews for Windows on Washington.  This was a company I had heard of, but knew very little about.  As I read through the reviews, the comments from multiple sources were remarkably consistent, stating that most were highly satisfied with all aspects of the experience.  So, I called to make an appointment with a sales rep from Windows on Washington.  I also made an appointment with another reputable vendor, as a possible vendor choice and also as a sanity-check on the pricing. 

My first appointment was with Brandon from Windows on Washington.  He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable about multiple companies’ products lines, and acted much more as a consultant to us rather than a sales guy --- what a breath of fresh air!  He was careful to fully understand our requirements and preferences in suggesting different options for us to consider, pointing out the pros and cons of each.  He chimed in with opinions when asked, but mostly made sure that we were making fully informed decisions.  He was very flexible in dealing with us on a few modifications to our order, and was responsive to get everything finalized.  He was thorough to make sure that we understood everything in the contract so that there would be no frustrating surprises.  In short, he was exactly what you want in a sales rep.  I was so pleased with the whole experience, the quality of the products being offered, and the pricing from Windows on Washington, I called and cancelled the second appointment with the other vendor.  I signed the contract with Windows on Washington.

When our windows came in from the manufacturer, we were contacted to set up an installation appointment.  Our installation team was headed up by Jose, who has been with Windows on Washington pretty much from the time they started up.  He and his associate were very pleasant to have in and around the house.  He was very careful to make sure we knew where they’d be working throughout the day, and were impeccably clean at every step along the way.  I watched them work from time to time on various parts of our project, and it was obvious that Jose’s approach is to do things the way he’d want them done in his own house.  The finished product is fantastic, including all the cladding work on the outside of the windows --- it’s beautiful.  At the end of the day, he asked if I had the chance to check everything out and if we had anything that needed to be addressed.  So, again, they were exactly what you’d want in an installation team.
