Thanksgiving is the perfect time to look back on the year gone by, review your achievements and express your gratitude to everyone who made those great things possible. At Windows on Washington, it’s you, our customers, who made this task extremely easy for us.

Windows on Washington has enjoyed another great year, filled with accomplishments that wouldn’t have been possible without our clients – it’s you who took the time to write the reviews that have validated our hard work and established our family business as a leading home improvement contractor.

Awarded Angie’s List Super Service Award for the 6th time!

2016 began with excellent news for us: Angie’s List members voted and shared their positive experiences, helping WoW secure a coveted Super Service Award for the sixth consecutive year. As a result, millions of people now know that Windows on Washington is an industry leader in offering excellent customer service, as well as top quality replacement windows and doors.

This achievement means a lot to us not just because it is based on honest reviews, but also because the eligibility criteria is quite stringent: in order to receive it, we had to secure an ‘A’ rating in our overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade, pass a background check, abide by the website’s strict operational guidelines and be in good standing with Angie’s List. Even more, only 5% of similar companies in Dulles have had such a consistent performance.

Listed as one of America’s best door and window dealers!

The DWM magazine ranked America’s top door and window dealers based on their size and annual turnover. According to this ranking system, there are 147 top installers and Windows on Washington is no. 136.

This achievement was a wonderful surprise to us, especially since we had to compete with major home improvement businesses all over the country. The fact that we made the list while having just a single location and only 20 employees goes to show the incredible faith our customers place in us. Once again, we would like to thank you and promise that this is only the start: we plan to get better again next year!

We know that a home improvement project is time consuming, that’s why we appreciate our customers taking the time to write reviews about their positive experiences with us.
