WoW is in a League of its Own

WoW is in a League of its Own

If I had a dollar for every time a contractor told me they'd be careful and treat my home like their own, I'd live in a MUCH nicer house. With Windows on Washington (WoW), that's exactly what I got. I've dealt with other companies that I'd give a high rating for being respectful to my home, but WoW is in a league of its own. WoW replaced all my windows and the front and back doors (including the storm doors). My house had old, drafty windows, some of which had permanently clouded over, and you could see daylight through gaps in the exterior doors, even when they were fully closed and deadbolted. It was a big and expensive project for me, and they were incredibly patient with my gazillion questions and design changes. I forget the terminology, but they also modernized and insulated the framing for all the upstairs windows. This is where I saw how much they care for and respect customers' property. I live in an old house with plaster walls that crack if I look at them funny. WoW let me know up front that the plaster might not hold up since they had to do extensive work to remove and replace the old metal frames. Rather than simply doing the replacement, the installer told me that he'd do everything in his power to minimize damage to the plaster. And he did - there wasn't a single crack and other than needing to paint, the windows/ frames look like they've always been there. WoW also stands behind their work and took care of things that weren't even their fault. ProVia made the doors and I wasn't happy with the workmanship on the front door. WoW resolved it. A week after everything was installed, my front deadbolt stopped working. I figured it would take a week or two to fit me into their schedule so someone could come take a look and then whatever time was necessary to get parts. Nope. WoW came out and replaced the entire lock/door handle within a couple days. The tech even came later in the day after finishing up another project when he could have just gone home for well-deserved rest. If you like their offerings (I think it was Okna for windows and definitely ProVia for doors), I don't think you can go wrong with WoW. And if you don't feel they took care of your home like it was their own, contact me and I'll give you a dollar, lol.
