We had a leak around one of our windows, and Eric was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. He is so knowledgeable and pointed out flaws with the way the previous windows were installed (not by WoW, it was a DIY from the prior homeowner), and what his recommendation was to fix. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and candor throughout the process.

Great experience with the install team, the team showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves during the whole process (the cleanest project area ever). Young led the team on-site and was very efficient, he walked me through all the work they had done and even explained things to me that I didn't understand. Really great experience across the board with Young and his team! We got the front door and storm door along with almost every window (31 total) replaced and they finished in 1.5 days.
