In deciding which businesses were to receive the 2018 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers for each candidate, and considered two primary metrics: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend, and the percentage of customers who responded. Windows on Washington are pleased to say we achieved a recommendation rate of 99% from our customers that were surveyed by GuildQuality.
