We would like to take this opportunity to provide you a general layout of the Windows on Washington home improvement process so you will know what to expect when you choose us as your home improvement contractor.

From the minute you sign your contract, our team is working hard to ensure the finished project will exceed your expectations.

The general timeline for a Windows on Washington project is as follows:

  1. The Accounting Department will process a deposit for your contract.
  2. The Installation Team will contact you to secure an appointment at your home to take measurements for your project.
  3. The Purchasing Department will use these measurements to order your custom products.
  4. Customer Service will advise you of the manufacturer’s projected ship date, if available.
  5. When your products arrive at our warehouse we will verify your order and the Scheduling Department will contact you to schedule the installation.
  6. As your scheduled installation date approaches, Customer Service will call you to confirm the date and time.
  7. On the scheduled day(s), the Installation Team will complete the work as outlined in your contract.
  8. Upon completion of the work, we ask that you sign a completion certificate and then the balance on the contract will be due.
  9. After project completion and final payment, the Accounting Department will email your invoice(s), warranties, and other relevant paperwork.
  10. The Customer Service Team will follow up with you to secure any feedback you wish to share on the entire process. We know that the only way to improve our service is through your feedback, so we greatly appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey.
