They kept in touch with us every step of the process, we never felt like we had been forgotten. The windows came in sooner they they had quoted, and they worked with our tight schedules to get the install scheduled at a time that worked for us.
What we loved most was that the crew was constantly measuring and adjusting so the doors would have the best fit possible. The company follows all COVID procedures and wore masks throughout the consultation and installation. I've posted before/after photos- we opted for the 'linen' frosted glass so there was still light but privacy with the outside door.
