WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMISSION

To submit a claim, a copy of this warranty and a copy of the Owner’s sales agreement must be submitted in writing by mail to Windows on Washington Ltd. at 23465 Rock Haven Way, Suite 120, Dulles, Virginia 20166, along with a brief explanation of the claim. Claims must be submitted to Windows on Washington Ltd. promptly after discovery of the defect and within the applicable warranty period. Windows on Washington Ltd. will then schedule an appointment to inspect the premises within a reasonable period of time after having received the claim. If, after the inspection, Windows on Washington Ltd. determines that a valid claim exists under one or more of the warranties, Windows on Washington Ltd. will repair, reinstall, replace or refund the purchase price of the failing product or service, solely at Windows on Washington Ltd.’s option.

If Windows on Washington Ltd. determines to replace any or all products, and if such products as originally installed are no longer available, Windows on Washington Ltd., shall have the right to substitute a product(s) designated by Windows on Washington Ltd. to be of equal quality. Replacement of a product or component does not renew the warranty period. Minor color variations may exist between replacement product and the originally installed product and are not indicative of a defective product. Screens that are damaged within 90 days of the date of installation will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Windows on Washington Ltd. If, at Windows on Washington Ltd.’s option, a purchase price refund is conveyed to the Owner, then all warranties are terminated, and repair, replacement, or removal of Windows on Washington Ltd.’s products shall become the sole responsibility of the Owner. No warranties are valid unless and until the Owner has made full payment under the original Windows on Washington Ltd. sales agreement and all addenda thereto. Non-warranty calls for repair, adjustment or product failure identification may result in a service charge.
