Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays To Our Home Improvement Customers

The holidays is always a great time to sit down to reflect on the year gone by and say ‘thank you’ to the people who made it possible. It is difficult to show our entire Team’s gratitude in a single article, but I shall try.

2016 has been such a rewarding year; we have learned a lot and we have grown, and it is all thanks to you, our amazing customers.

Throughout 2016, it became clear that Americans wanted more from their homes; they remodeled, improved, renovated and added to their homes more than in any other year. Windows On Washington was part of this wonderful journey to turn houses into warm and welcoming homes for a lot of people and we are very grateful for the opportunity. With each project, we learned more about what homeowners expect from us in terms of product quality and customer service and we managed to improve constantly.

One of the results of our constant strive for excellence is winning Angie’s List Super Service Award for the 6^th year in a row. Again, this is mostly thanks to you; there are very few companies who can deliver consistent excellence for such a long time and we couldn’t have done it without our customers. Plus, the fact that you took the time to write such positive reviews on Angie’s List reminded us once again why we are in this business: to make durable and memorable improvements to the homes of our customers.

Furthermore, Windows On Washington was ranked among America’s best door and window dealers in a list made by DWM Magazine. The editors of the prestigious magazine scoured various sources, surveyed operators and customers and conducted field research to find out which are the top companies that can thrive are thriving in such a competitive market. We were honored to be included in the list, especially since we only have one location and 20 employees, while most of the other companies are giants by comparison. It appears that our personalized service we offer to each of our customers was as valuable as we had always hoped.

Last, but not least, I would like to re-enforce the WoW commitment for all our current and future customers: our journey towards perfecting our services and delivering nothing short of excellence will continue in 2017 and in all the years to come.
