In 2005, our founding partners couldn’t believe how most home improvement companies forced homeowners to sit through three hour sales presentations and then used high-pressure sales tactics to make the sale. Furthermore, the lack of customer service and cheapest possible installation practices left homeowners frustrated and distrusting of contractors in general. Eric, John, and Robert came together to create a better home improvement company and a better way of doing business.
They founded Windows on Washington on a simple philosophy: be upfront and honest. They designed an approach to home improvements that works with clients the way our founders want to be treated in their own homes – knowledgeably, professionally, and respectfully. They focused on taking the time to listen to the clients’ needs and creating solutions using best-in-class products coupled with expert installation techniques to make their home improvement dreams a reality.
Windows on Washington is a locally owned and operated company that humbly began with replacement windows. At the request of our WoW-ed clients, our range of home improvements services has expanded to include best in class products and expert installation for: entry doors, metal and asphalt roofing, siding, gutters, insulation, and air sealing. Our comprehensive approach to exterior home improvements makes our clients’ homes more comfortable, beautiful and energy efficient.
