WoW’s Feeling the Home Improvement Love with Two New Awards 

As 2021 gets underway, Windows on Washington is certainly looking forward to the year that lies ahead. Thanks to our incredible customers, we were able to survive and thrive in 2020, creating beautiful homes and bringing some light and joy to what was otherwise an awful year. However, with a new year comes new hope and happiness, and the Team at WoW is certainly happy to be kicking off the year with not one but two awards. It is fitting we received these awards toward the start of the year, which also happens to coincide with the month of love – Valentine’s Day on the 14^th of February. We do not do what we do for the awards or recognition, but we cannot help feeling the love from all of our wonderful customers who have helped us achieve such accolades. We have been awarded Angie’s List Super Service Award 2020, and named to Northern Virginia Magazine’s 2021 Best Home Experts list. Let us talk about what each award means, and how we achieved it. 

Angie’s List Super Service Award 

We have earned the home service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award (SSA) for the 11^th consecutive year. This highly prestigious award was created in order to honor excellence among home service professionals who uphold outstanding service ratings and reviews on Angie’s List. Angie’s List Super Service Award has been running annually for over two decades, and recognizes the best providers in the home service industry. All SSA winners have demonstrated unwavering high-levels of customer service from the previous year, and overall. In order for Windows on Washington to receive the coveted SSA award, not only did we have to meet strict eligibility requirements, we also needed to uphold an ‘A’ rating in overall grade. All SSA winners were also required to be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check, record a current trade license attestation and also adhere to Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Northern Virginia Magazine’s 2021 Best Home Experts 

Since 2013, WoW has also made the list of Northern Virginia Magazine’s 2021 Best Home Experts in the Windows, Siding, Roofing & Gutters category. The annual list is determined by the magazine’s readers via a reader poll. Readers are asked to vote for their go-to home improvement contractor, interior designers, plumbers, movers and more. Once the results are in, Northern Virginia Magazine’s in-house team vets the winners for quality control. WoW is thrilled to be included in this experts list because it was voted for by our happy customers, which really says it all.
