If you would like us to come to your home and evaluate your project in person, I pledge that our team members will always respect your time and your home, will never manipulate you with “too good to be true” discounts, or will never pressure you to sign a contract.

Windows on Washington does not require all the homeowners to be present for an appointment.  If others are adamant about both homeowners being present for a sales call, you might expect a high-pressure situation where you are pushed to sign a contract in just one visit.

3.  Listen to You Needs and Find a Solution
Windows on Washington listens to your specific needs and home improvement challenges, then provides solutions that include the most suitable products for your project, whether it is replacement windows, exterior doors, insulation.  We believe that there is no “best” product that meets the needs of every homeowner.  We represent a number of different manufacturers, thus allowing us to provide varied solutions for your home improvement challenges and budget.  

4.  Honest and Complete Estimate
Windows on Washington will provide you with our best price in the form of a fully itemized estimate.  We believe in integrity and transparency in our estimates.  We do not play discount games with grossly inflated prices, “model home” promotions, sign now rebates or manager special discounts.  We take the extra time to detail every charge, so you know exactly what you are paying for.  Be careful - when companies lump sum or bundle their costs, it may lead to expensive overages for the homeowner after the start of the installation.
