Hello,

It’s Official, Winter Is Here!

And so is the first-ever edition of the Windows on Washington quarterly e-newsletter.

At the start of every season we will be providing you, one of our valued customers, exclusive content offering tips, tricks and advice to help you get set up and organised for the season.

In this edition, get those important winter jobs done with our seasonal checklist and learn more about air
sealing your home and how to save costs on your energy bills. We even share one of our favorite holiday recipes that will warm hearts, minds (and bellies) this winter.

On behalf of the Windows on Washington Team we’d like to wish you all a bright Holiday Season, a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy New Year.

All the best,

Eric Novotny
President

CLEANING TIPS

Maintain your home's drains this winter by adding 1/2 cup baking soda, followed by 1/2 cup white vinegar and flushing with boiling water.

You can prevent mud and snow from entering your house by prepping your entry. Add a rough mat made of coir, wood or rubber outside for wiping off mud and snow and an absorbent mat inside to take care of moisture.
