Take notes, because this is how you do it. Windows on Washington installed a large garden window and small hopper window for us and the work is outstanding. The Okna garden window is now easily the nicest window on the house. The place where it was installed was basically an old window that had been boarded over for some reason decades ago by a previous owner. It had lead paint, but they were equipped to deal with it. The installation and finish work are immaculate, even the caulk lines. The caulk lines around the little hopper window are the best I've ever seen. The hopper window itself is very solid. There was a slight draft there with the former window and now there's not even a hint of one. The exterior frame of that window was entirely replaced and it looks great. I really couldn't have asked for a better job. Also, the sales rep was very nice without being pushy or trying to upsell us or run up the bill. They put up plastic sheet walls to prevent dust from spreading in the house and cleaned up every little speck of dust and debris from the job. We may need some new doors and storm doors in the future and maybe replacements for a couple of old skylights and Windows on Washington will be the first company we call.
