Very thorough and straightforward pitch from the sales rep. He inspired trust and provided some good information without too much pressure. Also, the lead installer took time to walk around and thoroughly explain features of the windows after completing the installation, and obviously takes pride in his work.
Greg Schwartz provided more detailed technical information than sales reps from other companies I considered. Young Kim was professional, courteous, and detail oriented (and spoke very highly of WoW).
